Nominations must be received by the Las Vegas Golf Hall of Fame by March 15, 2024. Complete the following form.

The following are stipulations for nominees: Nominees must have maintained a residence in Southern Nevada for a minimum of five calendar years. The resident criteria can be waived for certain UNLV golfers.

PLAYER (AMATEUR OR PROFESSIONAL) Document playing record and list achievements on either a local and/or national level. Nominee can be either an amate

CLUB PROFESSIONAL Must be a PGA member. Achievements may be based on teaching, playing, or contributions to the betterment of golf in Southern Nevada.

VOLUNTEER/ADMINISTRATOR Document involvement with golf associations, volunteer work, or work within golf related activities or events.

BENEFACTOR/COURSE OWNER/CONTRIBUTOR/ORGANIZATION Achievements may be based on significant donation of time or financial aid for the betterment of golf

SUPERINTENDENT/AGRONOMY Achievements may be based on significant contribution to the betterment of the game of golf in Southern Nevada through innovat
